Elastic Bracelets.

 

When putting on your elastic bracelet it is important to remember not to use force.

Simply shape your hand like the position shown in the photo below, and use a gentle rolling motion to move your bracelet down onto your wrist.

We use precious, semi precious, gems, crystals, amber and pearls, each stone is carefully selected for natural beauty to create jewelry of exceptional quality.

Natural stones (while captivating) are created by mother nature, in forms far from perfect. 

Visible imperfections such as fissures, fractures, needles, clouds, fluids etc, are unavoidable and only add to the natural beauty of each gemstone. 

These unique variations are what make each piece of jewelry truly one-of-a-kind, just like you. 

These imperfections are part of what makes a stone beautiful, and you should not consider them as damaged.

With careful handling, our products are designed to be worn for a lifetime. 

Saying that, we advise you not to wear your jewelry while swimming, exercising, and any other activities that could potentially damage the stones. 

Furthermore, it is advised not to expose the jewelry to high temperatures, direct sunlight, perfumes or chemicals that could alter the natural shine that every precious stone comes with. 

Stones in general are sensitive to rough treatment, so please be careful not to scratch or pound them against hard surfaces.

Our products are all natural, meaning that they need to be treated with care. 

With that in mind, If any gemstones lose their shine they can sometimes be refreshed with organic oil. 

For this purpose, we recommend almond oil.

PEARLS

Each pearl is handpicked from amongst thousands for its form, color and mother of pearl layer. 

The best way to keep the glow of pearls is by wearing them, since the contact with skin creates humidity that helps pearls maintain their glowing character. 

Avoid storing them in dark, dry compartments and exposing them to perfumes and other chemicals.

RETHREADING

We advise you to get your product rethreaded occasionally. Our strings are very durable, so rethreading once a year is usually sufficient. 

When having your piece rethreaded, you have the opportunity to change the layout of the stone combination of your bracelet/ necklace. 

We include a rethreading kit with every purchase. If you would like us to handle the retreading process/ maintenance of your jewelry, please contact us to schedule it. 

Rethreading will be handled at no extra cost (excluding return shipping fee).

LOCK SYSTEMS

Our locking systems are sometimes small and delicate depending on the design of the piece it is paired with. 

Please handle all locks with care when opening. Always make sure not to use force when opening the locks or pulling them.
